Alfaphonet is active in the field of telecommunications and network in Greece, since 1979. With its headquarters in Thessaloniki, Alfaphonet distributes its products throughout Greece.

With considerable experience, reliability and consistence to its clients, it managed to establish itself in the area of telecommunication and network applications.

From 1966 until today Alfaphonet, Κ & P Arvanitakis corporation,  has invested in human resources and facilities. The year 2000 the company was relocated to its private offices at eastern Thessaloniki and on 2002 it expanded its warehouses.

In 2010 it was decided the purchase and transport to the new bigger and private premises in the region of Thermi, Thessaloniki. The company's offices are housed in the new Spectra building which is constructed according to the new energy standards.

At the same time, the company invested on new storage room, in the same building, in order to create a new customer service department.

A key factor in the company’s operation is the know-how which has been gained through many years of experience on installations and continuous training.

The sales department corresponds to a request within 24 hours.

The technical department consists of highly trained network engineers who provide direct consulting or technical services.

The knowledge of international standards combined with the continuous technical training are the credentials which verify the effectiveness of the purposed solutions.

Alfaphonet is certified ISO 9001:2008 for its entire commercial and transport procedures. Commercial and administrative functions performed in a short time, covering the need for immediacy of customer.

Since 1997, Alfaphonet imports structured cabling products from German Telegaertner GmbH. German standards and top quality products are confirmed through the measurements of network performance. A complete cabling system, which is made by Telegaertner, is covered by warranty of up to 25 years.  

Alfaphonet’s engineers work closely with ESTAP’s marketing and development department and the outcome of this cooperation are products especially designed for the needs of Greek market.

The challenges of requirements of new advanced materials for the cover of new telecommunication and network needs are faced with new collaborations with reliable manufacturing houses.

A new collaboration with Czech OPTOCON has started since 2010 for fiber wiring products.

Alfaphonet offers solutions with network products for:

•         Data Voice LAN (Local Area Networks)

•         Data Voice WAN (Wide Area Networks)

•         FTTX (Fiber to the X : Home, Cabinet, Building)

A key priority for alfaphonet is to deposit sufficient quantities of products to ensure immediate delivery.

The new e-shop, which is available in Greek market for the first time, has a wide range of network products and it aims to offer direct information (with technical description of all products in Greek) and direct purchasing capability (with posted prices and offers).
