New Cat.6A products, made in Germany
Αlfaphonet offers Telegaetners fully shielded AMJ module K Cat.6A with outstanding transmission characteristics for 10Gb Ethernet. Manufacturing the Cat.6A core and the IDC termination on a fully-automated production line quarantees an excellent price/performance ratio combined with quality inspections on the line which set new standards. With its 19.3 X 14.7 mm dimensions, the module fits in many applications employing the universaly available mounting cut-outs of faceplates and 19" patch panel solutions. Telegaetners newly developed IDC termination dependably accepts contacts ranging from AWG22/1 up to a minimum diameter of AWG27/7 for flexible wires. The AMJ module K Cat.6A thus also recommends itself for the connection of AWG24/7, AWG26/7, AWG27/7 patch cables to the IDC termination in order to create a consolidation point.

FRS - Fuel Reduction System
The FRS (Fuel Reduction System) is a pioneering product designed and
developed to meet the specific, strict requirements of off-grid, Mobile
Telephony Base Stations and generally of any remote installations.
It delivers a 50% to 75% consumption reduction at installations that use diesel gensets.
At
the same time, there is a corresponding reduction in the gas emissions.
Therefore, it offers an integral solution to companies that, since the
Kyoto Protocol and the Copenhagen Accord, have to reduce their fuel
consumption.
As a consequence, there is also a reduction in
the company’s fuel and engine maintenance costs as well as in the hours
of annoying noise of the engine.
The FRS will incorporate
alternative energy resources, such as the Wind Turbine and PV Panels,
with no need of any extra equipment.

Wherever glass fiber connections have to be installed in a harsh environment - in offices, industry or Fiber-to-the-Building/-home customer access networks - high demands are made on the value and flexibility of the distributor housing and easy access whilst installaton and maintenance. The Telegärtner ODB 54 wall distributor enables you to solve various installation demands with one product. Whether it will be used as splice storage or as distributor housing, there is enough space in the rugged plastic ODB 54 housing for accommodating up to 24 glass fiber ports. For application-specific requirements in which optical function elements such as PLC/FBT couplers or xWDM solutions also have to be installed in the glass fiber line, these can be fixed in a specially designed folding cassette. Up to 24 cables can be installed in the IP54-protected patch cable input and output quickly, easily and flexibly later without impairing the optical function of those which already exist.

The MPO cabling system, due to its modularity, offers installers and operators reduced time and effort for installations, modification and maintenance of a structured communication cabling for today’s and future demands of data centers. The MPO connector, besides the LC FO interface, is the first choise for ITS (Information Telecomunication System) in tomorrow’s bandwidth hungry, high speed applications for commercial buildings and data centers. It can be used either for parallel optics applications such as infiband with data rates up to 120Gb/s and for upcoming 40Gb/s and 100Gb/s Ethernet protocols via multimode OM3, OM4 and OS2 fiber. The MPO houses several fibers in one single high precision ferrule that can be either PC or APC polished with a typical insertion loss of 0.25dB, return loss of >60dB for singlemode and insertion loss of 0.2dB, return loss >30dB for multimode.
